Where we ship

We ship within the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Each deck gets its own QR sticker before it goes out. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping cost and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped, and a reshipment may require a new shipping charge.

Late, lost, or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived 14 days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, email the address on your order confirmation within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo if it's damaged. We'll replace it or refund you.

Passing your deck on

When you mail your deck to a friend, you cover that postage. The QR sticker stays on the deck so every stop is recorded on the same journey page.
